RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your refund and exchange policy?

D-Clutter-Me is founded on providing quality service and products as described. If the product is faulty or does not match the item described on our product listing, return it within 7 days of receipt of the product for a prompt exchange or credit to be used in our store within 12 months (your choice).

  • Please let us know if you want to return your items within seven days of receipt of your package.  
  • The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact.
  • No returns or exchanges on personalised or custom made items.

Shipping charges are only refundable if:

  • We made an error on your order
  • There is damage to your order in shipping

A restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. We will communicate any charges with you.

To organise a Return Authorisation Number, email info@d-clutter-me.com.au with the following details; Your Name, Order Number, Product Name/Code, and Reason for exchange.  For our full refund and exchange policy, please see our ‘Terms and Conditions’.

What happens with damaged, missing or defective products?

All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with D-Clutter-Me within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@d-clutter-me.com.au to initiate a claim.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Your order is packed and shipped quickly, often on the day of payment, therefore any changes or cancellations can only be made if the order has not been shipped already. If you have any questions about this, please email us at info@d-clutter-me.com.au
