Do you have a printed catalogue?
D-Clutter-Me does not have a printed catalogue that can be posted to you. We do however maintain our product catalogue on our website, so we ask that you browse the website to view our products in detail.
Do you offer samples?
Sorry we do not provide samples as we work hard to give our buyers a detailed product descriptions and clear product images within our website. If you have any questions about this, please email us at email@example.com
How do I know if the products I want to order are in stock?
D-Clutter-Me strives to keep all items in stock in quantities to meet your requirements. All Items on our website listed as "Available" are to the best of our knowledge, available to ship to you within the advertised timeframe. Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Please review your order details carefully and contact customer service immediately if you wish to make any changes or add further items. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped from our facility, you will receive a second email containing delivery information. Order and shipping confirmation emails are sent to the shipping email address or otherwise nominated.
Do you ship internationally?
D-Clutter-Me does ship some products to certain countries outside Australia, but this dependant on the product and it’s suitability for international shipping.
What is your policy on duties, taxes and brokerage fees?
For orders shipped to destinations outside of Australia, D-Clutter-Me is not be responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment. We also are not knowledgeable about country-specific import regulations and will not be responsible for fees/damages associated with non-compliance. We strongly encourage you to research all country-specific facts, information and regulations prior to placing an order.
Can I collect my order in person?
We do not have a retail storefront for sales & collections. Orders are taken online and shipped from our warehouse. In special circumstances collection maybe arranged.
Do you have a shopfront I can visit to view your products?
D-Clutter-Me is an online only business. Orders can only be taken online and shipped from our warehouse.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your items directing to D-Clutter-Me Via bank deposit / Transfer or by Paypal – Instant Payment or ECheque. All details will be provided to you within your confirmation order email. Payment needs to be received within a week (7 days) unless you have contacted D-Clutter-Me prior to placing your order and we have arranged something else in advance.
Shipping and Fulfilment
How long does it take to receive my order?
Normally orders will take between 2-3 working days to dispatch unless stated otherwise. Any delays outside this time frame, buyers will be notified accordingly. If you need a super fast delivery, please email us at email@example.com
Do we combine postage costs?
Yes, D- Clutter-Me will combine postage when & where possible. This may vary depending on qty and sizing. If you purchase more than one item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to check out so your invoice can be correctly adjusted.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check on the status on your order, please send us an email at email@example.com You will be asked to quote your order number and billing email address to retrieve the status of your order.
What are my shipping options?
D-Clutter-Me uses Australia Post for its deliveries within Australia. D-Clutter-Me will provide registered post as an additional optional extra at buyers expense, which may require for you to sign an acknowledgement of receipt on arrival. Please contact us prior to check at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to use this option with your shipment.
Will I receive a shipment confirmation?
Once your order has been processed and has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address.
How do I get my order super fast?
If you need your items more urgently than the advertised delivery timeframe, please email us at email@example.com to enquire whether your order can be expedited at a faster timeframe.
Do I have to sign for the delivery?
If D-Clutter-Me uses Australia Post registered post services for your order this may require a signature at time of receipt. If D-Clutter-Me uses Australia Post regular postage option then no signature will be required. Please write any special instructions for the delivery in the comments box at checkout.
Please note that D-Clutter-Me takes no responsibility for the parcel being lost or stolen by Australia Post. All lost/missing items will be followed up with Australia Post claims department and all up-to-date information will be sent through to the buyer until resolved.
I wasn't there to sign for the delivery. Can it be resent?
The D-Clutter-Me delivery charge covers delivery to the shipping address you provided one time only. Australia Post will leave a calling card for you to collect the parcel/s from your local Post Office. This must be collected within the Australia Post or postage provider’s time regulations. If you were not available to sign or it exceeds the collection time and your goods are returned to us, you are responsible for further postage charges to be re-sent.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your refund and exchange policy?
D-Clutter-Me is founded on providing quality service and products as described. If the product is faulty or does not match the item described on our product listing, return it within 7 days of receipt of the product for a prompt exchange or credit to be used in our store within 12 months (your choice).
- Please let us know if you want to return your items within seven days of receipt of your package.
- The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact.
- No returns or exchanges on personalised or custom made items.
Shipping charges are only refundable if:
- We made an error on your order
- There is damage to your order in shipping
A restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. We will communicate any charges with you.
To organise a Return Authorisation Number, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details; Your Name, Order Number, Product Name/Code, and Reason for exchange. For our full refund and exchange policy, please see our ‘Terms and Conditions’.
What happens with damaged, missing or defective products?
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with D-Clutter-Me within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a claim.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Your order is packed and shipped quickly, often on the day of payment, therefore any changes or cancellations can only be made if the order has not been shipped already. If you have any questions about this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
